以往都認為cpu比storage快很多，所以往往一發IO，就會switch掉 (instead of 傻傻一直在那等IO return)，但，隨著storage(像是SSD，NVRAM)越來越快，讓作者不禁思考: 『會不會有時傻傻一直在那等IO (busy waiting)，反而效能更好?』
這是有可能的，因為switching也是要overhead的....
蠻有趣的topic ，但沒時間搞其他的了 Orz
